The Satellite Operations Control Center (SOCC) issued the following notice:
"On October 15, 2003, NOAA-15 will be commanded to the YGC mode for two
orbits to obtain data for ADACS subsystem analysis. YGC control will begin
on Rev#28184 and end on Rev#28186. ... Spacecraft operations will not be
affected."
