The following update of the calibration coefficients are recommended
for:
NOAA-17 AVHRR
Ch_1_lo = 0.05457*count - 2.184, count<501.12
Ch_1_hi = 0.1602*count - 55.12, count>501.12
Ch_2_lo = 0.06601*count - 2.592, count<500.73
Ch_2_hi = 0.1965*count - 68.03, count>500.73
Ch_3_lo = 0.03129*count - 1.319, count<501.37
Ch_3_hi = 0.2193*count - 95.75, count>501.37
on October 12. These coefficients are intended to be optimal on October
26, in the middle of the two scheduled updates.
