The following update of the calibration coefficients are recommended for:

NOAA-16 AVHRR

Ch_1_lo = 0.05473*count - 2.110, count<498.96
Ch_1_hi = 0.1597*count - 54.29, count>498.96

Ch_2_lo = 0.05915*count - 2.234, count<500.16
Ch_2_hi = 0.1743*count - 59.81, count>500.16

NOAA-17 AVHRR

Ch_1_lo = 0.05532*count - 2.214, count<501.12
Ch_1_hi = 0.1624*count - 55.88, count>501.12

Ch_2_lo = 0.06672*count - 2.620, count<500.73
Ch_2_hi = 0.1986*count - 68.76, count>500.73

Ch_3_lo = 0.03208*count - 1.352, count<501.37
Ch_3_hi = 0.2249*count - 98.19, count>501.37

NOAA-18 AVHRR

Ch_1_lo = 0.05222*count - 2.059, count<501.00
Ch_1_hi = 0.1557*count - 53.55, count>501.00

Ch_2_lo = 0.06008*count - 2.367, count<500.00
Ch_2_hi = 0.18027*count - 62.81, count>500.00

on October 10. These coefficients are intended to be optimal on October
28, in the middle of the two scheduled updates.
