07/25/201213:02:39GYRO 2Loss of 3 axes gyro control. Remaining Gyro 1 provides roll and pitch rate and ACS now uses the roll rate to estimate yaw error and yaw rate. ACS mode is now in RGYO estimate yaw.
07/25/201213:02:39 Inhibit IMU switching; Reduced gyro mode to 2;
07/25/201212:59:14 Disable Thrusters

07/24/201216:37:20 Pitch Wheel Bias set to 2500 RPM to enhance RGYRO performance (Non-Control SCP)
11/11/200809:50:00 Clears gyro consistency flags.
11/04/200822:51:00 Clears gyro consistency flags.
11/04/200819:26:30 On Tuesday (Nov 8, 2008) afternoon the AET called observed a Z axis gyro consistency miscompare. Investigation revealed that the consistency flag was set when SADBIAS slewed the solar array.
07/17/200718:53:00 There was large (.74deg) pitch error. It was quickly damped out by the wheels. The total spacecraft momentum changed from 30 to 15 lb/sq in. The spacecraft recovered in ~3-4 minutes.
04/05/200622:30:00GYRO 2Small phase shift in gyro 2. Current (drop of 2 mA) accompanied by increase in TCA voltage, which is unexpected. Returned to previous equilibrium 48 hours later accompanied by a drop in TCA voltage (also unexpected).
04/05/200622:29:00GYRO 1Small phase shift in gyro 1. Current (drop of 2 mA) accompanied by increase in TCA voltage, which is unexpected. Returned to previous equilibrium 48 hours later accompanied by a drop in TCA voltage (also unexpected).

12/16/200518:01:00 Enable N2 thrusters to enhance spacecraft recovery response to additional potential attitude perturbations caused by possible hydrazine thruster leakage.
12/16/200512:00:00 Spacecraft attitude perturbations now thought to be caused by leaky or anomalous hydrazine thruster components (REA #2 for the first incident on J324 and REA #4 for the incident on J342).
12/08/200501:21:00 Spacecraft attitude perturbation along X (yaw) and Y (roll) axis' with momentum reversals in each axis. Similar to previous perturbation (collision) on 20 Nov but of significantly less magnitude (yaw error of approx 0.9 deg vs previous 10 degs) and affecting roll axis this time vs pitch the previous time with no autonomous hardware swaps. Errors damped out quickly and nominal attitude restored.
11/20/200516:24:00 Select primary RY coil (#1) Deselect backup coil (#2)
11/14/200510:31:00RYTC 1ARoll-Yaw coil #1 autonomously swapped to #2 after excess momentum remained following an unloading. Significant increase in RWheel speeds and temps and momentum on all 3 axis. Suspect Leonid meteorite strike. Nominal attitude regained 15 minutes later.
06/16/200507:52:45GYRO 2Gyro-2 spin motor current surged 10 mAmps then stabilzed at this new higher level. No obvious lasting impact to other attitude control components or values.
06/10/200415:40:00GYRO 3Power off Gyro-3 permanently. Place RGyro Mode to MONITOR.
06/09/200412:00:01GYRO 3Downgrade color status to YELLOW because of continued degradation of Gyro-3.
03/25/200414:50:00 Change gyro channel selection assignments to Gyro#1: Y axis (Roll) Channel-A, Gyro#2: X axis (Yaw) Channel-A and Z axis (Pitch) Channel-B. Deselect Gyro #3.
03/15/200412:00:01GYRO 3Trend towards excessive yaw updates (up to 0.4 deg) detected since mid Feb 04. Possible gyro-3 problem. Under investigation.
