This release includes two changes in the Level 1B products: a) Improvements in the quality flagging for the AVHRR, HIRS and AMSU products. b) The housekeeping telemetry parameters in the AVHRR, HIRS and AMSU products are set correctly; these parameters were not reliable in previous versions of the ATOVS L1 processors.
