Details/Specifics of Change: The ESPC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) site has been Activated early to avoid ramp up time for the products to reach optimum capability and to meet the Quarterly requirement to verify ESPC/CIP capabilities/functionality and preparation for the Failover on May 8, 2018. During this CIP MPLS Failover, our goal is for all users to test their connections within the scheduled time of the failover. Use the following number to call for validation:

1800Z , at which time the CIP will be deactivated.
