Details/Specifics of Change:The 1655Z GOES-16
ABI CMI Full Disk products and derived products were degraded
(missing section at the bottom of images). The 1700Z GOES-16
ABI CMI Full Disk products and derived products were lost (never
processed). The Full Disk product degradation and losswere
anomalous and occurred in transition from ABI Mode 4 back to ABI
Mode 3.
