Update
#2: The LUT vendor reported a Low Noise Converter problem
existed and dispatched a technician to the site to replace the LNC.
Guam 1 Ground Station returned to Normal Operations at 1307Z
Update #1: The LUT Vendor found that the reboot commands sent to Guam 1 were not successful in restarting and left the system in a stop state. The Front Processor and Location Processor servers were rebooted. A subsequent check of the system found that a possible Low Noise Converter problem exists and a technician is being dispatched to the site to troubleshoot.
