Update #1: The Band 2 degradation affected ABI L1b Band 2 in all scene types as well as derived products (including ABI Band 2 CMI) to AWIPs, GRB and PDA. Intermittent ABI Band 2 degradation has been resolved. Total length of anomaly was about 1 day and 22.5 hours.

Details/Specifics of Change:Intermittent product degradation (small missing blocks of data) was noted in the GOES-16 ABI CMI Band 2 Full Disk products due to an anomaly. Specifically the 2000Z, 2200Z and 2315ZABICMI Band 2 products, derived products were impacted. These products and derived products were distributed to AWIPS over the GRB and to PDA. This anomaly is currently under investigation.
