Update #1
: Critical day has been extended adding Pacific Region from 21Z Fri Sep 07 2018 until 00Z Fri Sep 14 2018.
- NCEP, NWSTG, and NCF are included in both CWDs

REASON: Central Region is included due to flash flooding and river flooding from the remnants of Gordon. Pacific Region is included due to a double tropical cyclone threat: 1) Mangkhut expected to impact Guam and the Northern Marianas Islands, and 2) Olivia which is forecast to affect Hawaii.
