Details/Specifics of Change:Hawaii1LEO Ground Stationat Hickam Air Force Base, HI wentout of service following two consecutive missed satellite passes. The LUT Vendor quickly found that a Command Control System software failure had occurred. The Front Processor and Location Processor servers were manually restarted and Hawaii 1 returned to Normal Operations.

Impact:Minor-Dual satellite tracking capability lost. Distress alert detection/reporting timeliness affected.
