Details/Specifics of Change: Alaska 2 LEO Ground Station inFairbanks, AK went out of service following two consecutive missed satellite passes. The LUT Vendor quickly responded and found that a Command and Control System software failure had occurred. The Front Processor and Location Processor servers were manually rebooted and Alaska 2 LEO Ground Station returned to Normal Operations.

Impact: Minor-Dual satellite tracking capability lost. Distress alert detection/reporting timeliness affected.
