Update #1 - Final Update: The
Front Processor (FP) device manager showed that the USB Data
Translation Board was not longer seen by the server. A cold reboot
was issued to the FP and Maryland 1 GEO Ground Station returned
to Normal Operations on 04 February 2018 at 0244Z.
