Reason: Tropical Depression 02W over the Western Pacific Ocean with Tropical storm watches posted for Yap State in the Federated States of Micronesia. Also, due to TD 07F which is forecast to develop near American Samoa. In addition to the potential tropical storm conditions, heavy rainfall and potential flooding are expected through the weekend.
