Update #1 - Final Update:The LUT
Vendor determined that the Front Processor (FP) did not startup
properly after a cold reboot command was sent. The Vendor
manually restarted the FP and Alaska 1 LEO Ground Station
returned to Normal Operations on April 24, 2018 at 1932Z.
