Update #2: All
ABI L1b Full Disk imagery and derived products were affected
during the following times on DOY 127: 0400 - 0445, 0800 - 0845,
and 0900 - 1030Z. Some CONUS and MESO imagery were also impacted
during these time periods. Products over GRB and to PDA were
unaffected.
Update #1:GOES-16 products
delivered to AWIPS were the only products impacted by
thisanomaly. Products deliveredover the GRB were never impacted
and nominal.All ABI CMI, and SCMI products delivered to AWIPS
were intermittently and severely degraded (all fill) starting at
0401Z. As a result, product distribution was failed over to the
GOES-16 back-up site at 1319Z. Nominal production
anddistribution resumed at 1319Z. Impact time on products
delivered to AWIPS, 9 hours 18 minutes.
