Update
#1: The
PDA communication anomaly was resolved at 1440Z and PDA is
operating nominally. Due to the nature of the communication
drop, PDA received and subscribers may have received incomplete
and/or zero length files. NWave trouble ticket 11157 was opened
to track the NWave tunnel communication issue.

Details/Specifics
of Change: The
PDA environment at NSOF OPS is experiencing intermittent issues
with communication tunnels that use the NWAVE network. This is
resulting in intermittent delivery failures to/from providers
and subscribers serviced with these paths. Failing transactions
are being resent as soon as possible as subsequent attempts are
sometimes successful. Updates will be provided as new
information becomes available.
