Update #1: The GOES 16 ABI L1b stripping issue is actively
being worked on. It is a known issue to the Calibration Working
Group. The anomaly will be addressed by ADR721 and ADR516
.

Bands 03, 05, 14 and derived products and their delivery to
AWIPS, GRB, PDA. Bands 3, 5, and 14 experiencing degradation
in the form of faint horizontal stripes. The degradation is
under investigation.
