The following observatory systems will be affected:
15:50:00 Z - 17:57:04 Z CERES in Contam-Safe mode, science data will
not be available
16:00:00 Z M-bM-^@M-^S 16:27:06 Z M-BOMPS in Decon mode, Science data will not
be available
16:05:00 Z M-bM-^@M-^S 16:28:04 Z M-BHRD will be off, data for direct broadcast
users will be unavailable
16:10:00 Z M-bM-^@M-^S 16:23:04 Z M-BS-NPP pointing off-nadir, collected data
during that time period may be impacted and not disseminated
