Reason: "For Guam, effects from Typhoon Cimaron
moving through the northern Marinas Islands over the next 24
hours" due to no current watches or warnings
posted for Guam.
Update #1: Critical Weather Day has been
extended. End time is now 0000Z Monday August 27, 2018 in
support of tracking Hurricane Lane and its impact on the
