Update #1: ESPC stopped receiving
data from DOMSAT at about 1545Z due to an unknown error.
Operations switched to backup receiver at about 1730Z. MSG
imagery from 1545, 1600, and 1615 was missed. Imagery from 1630
and 1645 was processed late. Imagery from 1700 on is normal.
Backup feed may have higher (by up to 5 minutes) latency.
