Update #2: ESPC is still receiving data from FNMOC Monterey sporadically. The following files have not been received, reships have been requested for the following files:
JDAY 258- (F16 rev. 76939), JDAY 259- (F16 rev's. 76943, 76946), (F17 rev's. 61225, 61227) and (F18 rev's 45958 and 45959).

Details/Specifics of Change: ESPC has not receive the following DMSP SSMI/S data sets: F-18 rev. 45952, F-17 rev. 61220, and F-16 rev 76938. FNMOC was contacted and reports that the Air Force is having issues sending data out. These issues began at 1630Z, and there is no ETA of when it will be resolved.
