Product(s) or Data Impacted: All products from AMSU-A, ASCAT, ATOVS, GOME-2, GRAS, IASI, MHS, SEM, in the Metop Global Data Service and Regional Data Service, will not be available. The AVHRR GDS Level 1 products and AVHRR regional data from Metop-B will be temporarily degraded.

Details/Specifics of Change: A MetOp-B Out of Plane Maneuver will be performed Sept 19, 2019 (JDAY 262) with preparations starting at 0759 UTC.

For this maneuver some instruments will not be producing data. The data outage times are listed below. Data from the outage period will not be recovered nor distributed.

The manual selection of optimal TED and MEPED calibrations for the SEM instrument will be performed at 1606 UTC and 1607 UTC respectively.
