Update #1 (Final Update): The LUT Vendor found that the Low Noise Converter (LNC) was detective. An on-site technician replaced the LNC and Guam 1 LEO Ground Station returned to Normal Operations. The LUT was monitored for five consecutive satellite passes after the corrective action was made to ensure Location Accuracy.
