Update #3: ESPC received additional
information from EUMETSAT stating: Investigation
is ongoing.[Rev. 2]: Meteosat-8 Image Quality after the 2018-09-22
satellite anomaly are back in specification as of 2018-09-24
11:00 UTC. Images that were disseminated from 2018-09-23
15:30 UTC until 2018-09-24 11:00 UTC (while flagged as non-nominal
quality) were unintentionally disseminated, and not normally
disseminated in such an anomaly case. It is expected that all MPEF
products will be fully available by 2018-09-24 17:00 UTC.
Update #2 (Final Update): ESPC is now
receiving Met-8 data. Some images may be of a degraded quality.
Update #1: Due to a spacecraft anomaly, Met-8
data is currently unavailable as of 1300Z.
