Details/Specifics of Change: On October 3, 2018, NOAA-20 CERES FM6 will be commanded into Diagnostic and Standby Mode to permit the upload of new FSW PROM Dump2 that Langley Research Center (LaRC) requested. This FSW patch that contains a modified instrument sequence for slot thirteen which was previously unused.This new FSW will help LaRC verify the health of the onboard instrument PROM chips to ensure they haven't been damaged by space weather. This will also help to set the PROMs to the default configuration in case of an unexpected instrument reset. CERES will produce the Diagnostic APID while in Diagnostic and Standby Modes, including during the Memory Dump.
