Details/Specifics of Change:

Due to a problem with a Jason-3 product distribution software update, distribution of OGDR BUFR (.bf) files from Jason-3 orbits 12836 through 12841 with the format

W_US-NOAA-Washington,SURFACE+SATELLITE,JASON3+OGDR_C_KNES_YYYYMMDDHHMMSS_v_ccc_ppp.bf were delayed.

The software update was backed out for correction and the BUFR files have been regenerated and have now been distributed.
