Details/Specifics of Change: The ESPC PDA system incurred an intermittent performance anomaly affecting the processing of data. During the impact window processing slowed several times with delays in data availability and delivery. No data loss has been detected. The ESPC technical team has identified an issue with the internal messaging service, corrected the issue, and processing has returned to normal.
