Details/Specifics of Change:

The NOAA-18 HIRS HIRS Filter Wheel Motor (FWM) current began showing signs of instability at approximately 04:00 UTC on March 6, 2019 (jday 065). The Filter Wheel Motor and Housing Temperatures have since stabilized in the low 30 degree centigrade range.

This behavior is consistent with a filter wheel stall, but requires further investigation. Options for recovery are limited and no products can be generated at this time.

Updates will follow pending ARB (Anomaly Review Board) investigation.
