Length of Outage: 5 minutes of ABI Continuous Full Disk mode followed by 10 minutes of product outage for ABI, EXIS, and SUVI. See table in details below.

Details/Specifics of Change:

A GOES-16 HBT Flush will be performed on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at 2305 UTC resulting in an ABI, EXIS, and SUVI product outage. The HBT Flush will not be cancelled due to CWD. Product navigation may be degraded for up to 45 minutes after the conclusion of the HBT flush.

On Tuesday, March 12, 2019 the following schedule will be employed to support GOES-16 HBT Flush operations:

2300 UTC: GOES-16 ABI Continuous Full Disk Mode (Mode 4) begins

2305 UTC: GOES-16 HBT Flush Schedule begins

2305 UTC - 2315 UTC: GOES-16 ABI, EXIS, and SUVI product outage

2315 UTC: GOES-16 ABI Routine Flex Mode (Mode 3) Operations Resume

2315 UTC: GOES-16 Routine EXIS and SUVI Operations Resume

There will be no recovery schedule for this maneuver.
