Update #2 Final update - The local exchange technician replaced and removed a local loop at the Tokyo node due to a router being hung up. Afterwards, Guam 1 and Guam 2 began receiving pass data.

Update #1- The Ground Station LUT Vendor is performing further investigations to determine the root cause of the Circuit outage. This issue has been escalated.
