Details/Specifics of Change: ESPC has not received the DMSP F-16 rev 79794, F-17 revs. 64076 and 64077 data from FNMOC/ Monterey. FNMOC/MONTEREY requested a reship of data, however NSOF did not receive the data. There for it is consider loss.
