Details/Specifics of Change: The SARSAT SatelliteS13(METOP B/M1) has suffered ananomalyon theSARPinstrument. Theanomalywas detected due to degraded location accuracy startingMay 08,2019at 1711Z. A SARP reset command was requested by the French MCC on May 10, 2019. The USMCC is currently filtering all S13 SARP data until a recalculated time calibration (TCAL) is received.

Impact: Medium-Loss of Storage/forward capability. Satellite is limited to real-time/local distress detection and relay. Timeliness of global coverage detection and relay affected.
