Update#2: CWD has been extended until 00Z Sat May 11, 2019 due to a moderate risk of excessive rainfall over SE Texas and SW Louisiana.

Update:#1 ESPC has been informed that: CWD has been extended until 12Z Thu May 09 2019 J/D 129 due to an enhanced risk of severe weather and moderate risk of excessive rainfall from Texas to the Lower Mississippi Valley on Wednesday.
