Details/Specifics of Change: Alert data from LEOLUTs FL3, FL4, HI3, HI4, and LME (all with the same core software) is being filtered, due to multiple large Doppler location errors from this set of LUTs tracking different LEO satellites.

Impact: Minor - HI1, HI2, FL1, FL2 and LSE are all still operational and operating nominally at this time.
