#1:After the LUT vendor applied software that fixed the
location errors, the ground stations returned to normal
operations.

Details/Specifics of Change: Alert data from LEOLUTs FL3, FL4, HI3, HI4, and LME (all with the same core software) is being filtered, due to multiple large Doppler location errors from this set of LUTs tracking different LEO satellites.
