Update#1-Final Update: The LUT Vendor stated there was a communication error with the antenna which caused the initial missed pass.When the controller sent a cold reboot at 6:45, the FP server took longer to reboot than the LP server causing the collector alarms. Once the FP finished its reboot sequence, AK1 successfully tracked S11 orbit 67589 (LOS 07:11).
