Details/Specifics of Change: Due to an issue related to planned maintenance to upgrade Active Directory, the PDA environment was unable to process most GOES-16 and GOES-17 data during the time frame above. The PDA Support team has identified the issue, corrected it with a workaround and is implementing a permanent solution.

The PDA Support team continues to monitor the environment to quickly investigate and remediate anomalies that arise.
