data from FNMOC/Montery with missing backlog data. This data is
considered lost.

Update #3 ESPC is still not receiving DMSP SSMI F-15
data from FNMOC/Monterey.
Update #2: At 1625Z, ESPC called Monterey for an update on
this situation. Monterey reports that they had connectivity
problems at the time when the F-15 data stopped coming to ESPC.
Further investigation will be resumed by FNMOC/Monterey on Monday,
December 9, 2019.
Update #1: FNMOC reports that all DMSP SSMI F-15 data will
be delayed until further notice. They are still investigating.
