Details/Specifics of Change:Florida1 & 2 LEO Ground Stationsin Miami, FL have both been out of service since February 18, 2019 at 1238Z.The LUT Vendor has been notified and is sending a technician to the site to troubleshoot a suspected power problem.Verizon was also notified to ensure good communications. Verizon determined that communications to the site is good.

Impact:Minor-Dual satellite tracking capability lost. Distress alert detection/reporting may be delayed.
