Update #1 M-bM-^@M-^S Final Update M-bM-^@M-^S The LUT Vendor (Verizon) has completed troubleshooting the Ground Stations and reported a failure of the Digital Signal 1 (DS1). The DS1 Portal has been reset. The Ground Stations returned to normal operations 2016Z.
