Details/Specifics of Change:M-B M-B

On Tuesday May 7, 2019 beginning at 1000 UTC, the flight operations command and control for satellites in the GOES-15, GOES-16/17 and DSCOVR constellations will be failed-over to the Wallops Command and Data Acquisition Station (WCDAS).M-B Data operations for these constellations will be unaffected. The GOES-NOP, POES & DSCOVR ESPC/Wallops CIP will not be activated for this COOP/backup exercise. A test of ESPC/Wallops CIP network connectivity will be conducted later, and these details will be covered under a separate notification.M-B By Thursday May 9, 2019 at 2200 UTC the flight command and control for all above constellations will have been failed back to NSOF SOCC.

Also on Tuesday May 7, 2019 beginning at 1200 UTC, the flight operations command and control for S-NPP and NOAA-20 satellites in the JPSS constellation, and IDPS data operations will be failed-over to the CBU.M-B IDPS data operations from CBU will be conducted for up to 25 hours, and those data operations will be returned back to NSOF at approximately May 8, 2019 1400 UTC.
