Details/Specifics of Change: The SARSAT Satellite S12(NOAA 19/P) has suffered an anomaly on theSARPinstrument. The anomaly was detected due to the SARP failing to report the McMurdo Orbitography Beacon since May 07, 2019 at 0123Z.A SARP reset took place May 07, 2019 at 1648Z. After the reset, new time calibration data was sent to all US LEOLUTs at 1900Z.

Impact: Medium-Loss of Storage/forward capability. Satellite is limited to real-time/local distress detection and relay. Timeliness of global coverage detection and relay affected.
