Details/Specifics of Change:

During Jason-2 Rev 57827 (AOS 151910Z), we received indications of Safe Hold Mode. After configuring into low bitrate and bringing up the command carrier, the operator sent JA2_TC_SAFE_MODE_RECOVERY_BEGINNING_part1 to the COP-1 AD side. We did not receive initflag condition indication prior to LOS, so will reaccomplish the SHM checklist during the next support (Rev 57828, AOS 171530Z) and command to the COP-1 BD side. TC groups for Part 1, Part 2, and Emergency Patch were successfully uplinked. Spacecraft is in Safe Mode, AOCS is in BBQP. We expect CNES direction to re-enable FDTM during next support (Rev 57829, AOS 191110).
