Details/Specifics of Change: A
Jason-3 maneuver is scheduled for 6-August-2019 starting at
18:49:38Z over land. There will be an expected change of
+8.77 m in the semi-major axis possibly resulting in large
radial orbit errors in the OGDRs. Over any ocean points,
this will affect the sea surface height, but not the wind
and wave content in the products.
