This^M implementation will^M upgrade GBBEPx v2 to GBBEPX v3. The shortnames will remain the^M same as GBBEPx^M v2 for GBBEPx v3, and the product file names in NetCDF will^M replace M-bM-^@M-^\v002M-bM-^@M-^] with^M M-bM-^@M-^\v003M-bM-^@M-^]. In this release, we will also generate products in^M binary and text^M formats (AllSpecies_Emissions_Binary^M and HMS_MODIS_VIIRS) for^M FV3FSDChem models;^M and 0.1x0.1 degree gridded emissions (01GRID_Emissions)^M for CMAQ^M models.
