Update #1: The PDA Support Team has completed troubleshooting and anomaly mitigation for today resulting in the environment returning to nominal processing. Additional troubleshooting and mitigation work will continue tomorrow beginning at 1415Z with no expected impact to users. These investigative and troubleshooting steps will be necessary to reconfigure workaround methods put in place to bring the environment to nominal processing. Additional update(s) will be provided as new information becomes available.
