Details/Specifics of Change: During Jason3 Rev 18885 at FBK CDA (AOS 06:04z) we did not receive
high rate telemetry, after switching to low rate telemetry we saw
indications that Jason 3 is in Safe Hold Mode.
We
completed the Safe Hold Mode recovery procedure up to the
Emergency_Patches_for_SHM_part1, but were unable to continue further due
to LOS.
We are planning to continue with Part2 of the Emergency Patches on the next Rev 18886 at FBK, AOS 07:59:30.
