Update #2: Anomaly: Transactions authenticating with SFTP and SSH keys is failing at both CBU and NSOF OPS sites. PDA Support technicians are working to resolve the issue. The date/time the anomaly started is March 31, 2020 ~1900Z. A more detailed accounting of which transactions are affected will be listed in a subsequent update.


Update #1: Planned ESPDS Release 3.5 update activities are continuing today at the CBU Backup site beginning at 1302Z.


Topic:  Planned ESPDS PDA/NDE maintenance activities at the CBU Back-up site may cause connectivity and/or processing Interruptions.

Details/Specifics of Change:  The PDA CBU Backup environment will perform a ESPDS Application Upgrade during the impact window above. Short outages of 5 to 15 minutes may occur during the upgrade process. The upgrade will take place over a 3 day period will system availability maintained for the majority of time. If processing or connectivity interruptions occur, hung connections may need to be reset and/or restarted.

 

The PDA Support team will be monitoring the environment to quickly investigate and remediate anomalies that arise.
