UPDATE #3: 1610Z - All previous delayed data from outage has been recovered and processed on IDPS. This is the final notification for this anomaly.


UPDATE #2: 1336Z - IDP-B string back to normal operations. Data is being recovered and processed and another update will be sent out when fully complete. System outage end is updated below.

GSE's responded in a timely manner and corrected a misconfiguration that prevented IDP-B string from operating in a nominal state. Due to lengthy outage on operational IDP, past data is concurrently being processed with current data load.

 

UPDATE #1: 0940Z - Engineering still troubleshooting the issue and there is a possibility of an OPS String transition to the CBU IDPS String which some users may have to make adjustments for if this occurs

Details/Specifics of Change:The Operational (Primary) String of IDPS began to experience a rapid decline to its processing nodes and causing many alarms and failures of product reception and production. The problem is currently being worked by the IDPS Operator and GSE(s) via phone. A shutdown has occurred to the OPS String at the direction of the GSE. No Products will be produced until an Operational String is able to be brought back online, at which time, data recovery can hopefully begin.
