Details/Specifics of Change: Hawaii 4 LEO Ground Station located at
the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station,
Pacific.(HI4) is not receiving pass solution data. LUT vendor has been
contacted.

Impact: Minor-Dual satellite tracking capability lost. Distress alert
detection/reporting may be delayed.
